Get Started with Clients and Subscriptions
Set up your account and subscription in the user dashboard, then import them on your device. Finally, check the connection status and make sure the app you want to use is actually using the selected server.
Create an Account
Follow the link below to open the VPNBZ user dashboard’s account creation page; you won’t enter your details on this page. VPNBZ requires no email address—just a username and password. Before you start, choose a username you can keep track of and create a unique password for this service. Don’t reuse a password from another important account. Follow the dashboard prompts, then open the account overview and confirm that it shows the account you just created.
If you already have an account, use the dashboard’s login option instead; there’s no need to create another one. Your purchase history, plan status, and subscription are linked to your current account, so keep using the same one. Save your username and password in a trusted password manager to avoid losing access after clearing browser data or switching devices.
The “Free Trial” link is the starting point for this guide. The features available to you are shown in the dashboard. This guide makes no assumptions about trial data, duration, or eligibility. Once you’re in the dashboard, explore the overview, plans, and downloads sections before choosing a billing option.
Choose a Plan and Review Your Order
Once your account is ready, open the plans section in the dashboard. First, compare monthly plans with data packages, then review the data allowances. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Consider how you plan to use the service: browsing and messaging, video streaming, and large file transfers use different amounts of data. Don’t choose based on price alone.
Data packages cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They’re valid until used and never expire. The difference from a monthly plan is how the data is used; don’t treat a package price as a monthly fee. If your usage varies, consider whether you need data that resets monthly. If you use the service regularly, choose a monthly tier that fits your typical usage. See the plans page for full pricing.
Before confirming, check the plan, amount, and billing option on your order. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as prompted in the dashboard. When payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check the order status and plan details in your account overview. If the status hasn’t updated, check the existing order first. Don’t create another order or pay again just because the page hasn’t changed yet.
All plans support unlimited devices connected at once and come with a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the dashboard for the exact result. If an order or plan status doesn’t match what you expected, contact support through a dashboard ticket. Keeping your order details will help with verification.
Get and Secure Your Subscription
Once the plan appears in your account, open the account overview and find the subscription section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve server configurations. It’s not a website to visit in your browser or a client installer. Choose the copy-link or import option for the client you plan to use. If the dashboard offers multiple formats, select the one that matches your client rather than relying on a similar-sounding name.
If this is your first time, copy the subscription link now and paste it after installing your client. Use the dashboard’s copy button to avoid missing any characters. If the client says the address is invalid, check for extra spaces, line breaks, or other text, then copy the link again. Don’t edit the link parameters or substitute the plans page or dashboard homepage URL.
Your subscription link is an account credential. Anyone who obtains it may be able to use its server configurations. Import it only on trusted devices; don’t share it in public chats, screenshots, online conversion tools, or support posts. When reporting a problem, share the error message and steps you took. Before sending a screenshot, hide the full subscription link, password, and other account credentials. If you think the link has been exposed, check the dashboard for a reset option or ask support how to proceed.
After copying the link, follow the installation and import instructions for your platform below. If your plan or server configuration changes, update the subscription in the client to keep its local configuration in sync with the dashboard. You usually don’t need to delete and reinstall the entire client.
Import a Client on Your Device
All client downloads are available in the user dashboard. You can download the client for your platform after logging in; iOS may have different access requirements. You’ll also need to log in to get your subscription. Follow the instructions shown in the dashboard. This page doesn’t provide public installer links. The steps below refer to the VPNBZ client and its built-in subscription import feature. Don’t install an app from an unknown source just because its name looks similar.
Windows: Add a Subscription in the Configuration Section
In the dashboard’s downloads section, choose Windows and follow the instructions to get the VPNBZ desktop client. During installation, check the file source and any system prompts. If Windows asks you to approve network access, first confirm that you’re setting up the client you just downloaded. Open the app and look for an option such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Configuration Management.” Use the add, import from link, or equivalent option, then paste the subscription URL copied from your account overview.
Save the subscription, then update it or download the configuration. Wait for the server list to appear and set this configuration as the one in use. Adding the URL doesn’t connect you by itself. If the list is empty, check whether the subscription updated successfully rather than repeatedly clicking Connect. Windows clients may offer system proxy or other traffic-routing modes. For first-time setup, follow the dashboard’s default recommendation. See the next step for how to verify the connection.
macOS: Import and Select the Current Configuration
Get the macOS client from the dashboard, follow its installation guide, and move it to Applications before opening it. If macOS shows a permission or installation prompt, verify the source. Don’t disable system security settings just to complete the installation. In the client’s configuration or subscription manager, choose Add from URL, paste the subscription link, and save. If the dashboard offers direct import, you can use it after confirming that the correct app will open.
When the update completes, check that the newly imported configuration is selected. Some clients keep old configurations, so seeing a server list doesn’t mean the new subscription is active. Select a server, then enable the proxy or network connection feature required by the client. If your browser works but an app doesn’t, first check whether that app follows the system proxy; there’s no need to replace the entire subscription right away.
Android: Allow the VPN Connection
In the dashboard’s downloads section, choose Android and follow the instructions to get the VPNBZ mobile client. If Android asks you to allow app installation from the current source, verify where the download came from and follow only the necessary system prompts. Open the app, go to the subscription or configuration section, choose import from link, and paste the address you copied. Save and update. Once complete, you should see available servers—not just a subscription entry with no downloaded content.
When you select a server and tap Connect, Android will ask for permission to establish a VPN connection. Confirm that the app is correct before allowing it. If the connection drops when you switch apps or lock your screen, check battery optimization and background activity settings. Allow the client to run in the background if needed. Return to the client and reconnect after changing settings, then test access. Don’t rely on the status bar icon alone to confirm that every app is using the connection.
iOS: Install and Import Using the Dashboard Instructions
Check the iOS download section in the user dashboard for currently available options, then follow the instructions to open the relevant destination. Don’t substitute an app with a similar name from search results, and don’t use installation files for other platforms on iOS. If the dashboard asks you to complete a step first, follow what it shows; available download options may differ between accounts.
Open the client and look for an add option in subscription or configuration management. If the dashboard supports direct import, confirm that iOS opens the correct app. For manual import, paste the subscription URL and update it. The first connection may ask to add a VPN configuration. Verify the app, then follow the system prompt to allow it. Return to the client, select the imported configuration and a server, connect, and check access in the app you want to use.
VPNBZ also supports Linux; the client download is available in the dashboard. Protocol, split tunneling, and server type details aren’t needed for your first import—start by connecting. For streaming tips and how to choose a server, see the complete streaming guide. There’s no need to adjust every advanced setting here.
Connect and Verify
After importing, confirm that the selected configuration belongs to your subscription, choose a server from the client list, and connect. For your first test, keep things simple and use just one client to handle the connection. This avoids conflicts from other proxy tools changing system network settings. A “Connected” status means the connection process has started or been established; you still need to check that your apps are using the selected server as expected.
First, open a regular webpage in your browser to make sure your device is online. Then reopen the site you want to access, or close and relaunch the app. Check that the page loads fully and content continues to load—not just that the homepage image appears. Existing tabs may retain an old connection or cached content, so reload the page after changing servers instead of relying on what’s already open.
If regular websites load but the service you want is still unavailable, check that the client is connected and that system proxy or VPN permissions are active. Then confirm that the app is using this network route. Streaming and AI services may also check account region, service availability, or the detected exit location, so a successful connection doesn’t guarantee access to specific content. You can try another region on the server locations page, but switching regions repeatedly shouldn’t be your only troubleshooting step.
If the client can’t update the server list, return to the account overview and check your plan status, remaining data, and subscription URL. If the list updates but the connection fails, try another available server and note the error message shown by the client. Change one setting at a time and repeat the same test so you can tell what made a difference. Don’t change the configuration, connection mode, and server all at once before identifying the cause.
Once the connection is verified, keep the working configuration. If a problem comes up later, update the subscription and check the connection status and server before considering a reinstall. For help, open a user dashboard support ticket and include your device platform, the client error message, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and the steps you’ve already tried. Check screenshots for sensitive information and never include the full subscription link. Once the connection works, you can use it for your needs.
