These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNBZ. Before using the service, review its scope, billing methods, and refund policy. Service Scope
VPNBZ provides access to international routes and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription is used to configure compatible clients. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or paid features from third-party websites; accounts and regional rules on third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms.
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and does not expire. Before choosing, review the plan details and order information.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. The subscription link grants access and should not be posted publicly, uploaded to a public repository, or shared with untrusted tools. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, update them promptly and submit a support ticket.
Concurrent devices: unlimited. This applies to devices managed by the account holder for personal use and does not authorize commercial access for others. Reselling, renting, or publicly sharing accounts or subscriptions is prohibited, as is distributing the service to unspecified users through a shared subscription. Account holders are responsible for managing use of their authorized devices.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, and respect third-party platform terms, intellectual property, and others' privacy. The service must not be used for fraud, cyberattacks, distributing malicious software, unauthorized data collection, or other unlawful activities.
Users must not disrupt route operations, damage account systems, attempt to obtain other users' credentials, or use automated methods in ways that interfere with others' access. VPNBZ provides network connectivity but does not replace users' responsibility to determine whether the content they access, account activity, and data transfers are lawful.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Actual connections depend on factors such as local networks, carrier routing, destination websites, client configuration, and maintenance. Routes may be adjusted or temporarily interrupted. VPNBZ does not guarantee access from every region, at all times, or to every third-party platform, nor does it guarantee a fixed connection speed.
If an issue occurs, submit a ticket with the platform in use, route name, and error message. Do not include your password or full subscription link. Issues caused by third-party policy changes, local network failures, or force majeure are handled according to their actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights users are entitled to by law.
Refunds and Requests
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To apply, visit the user panel ticket system, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the relevant order information. You do not need to give a reason related to service performance.
VPNBZ will verify the account, payment record, and relevant order, then communicate the outcome through the ticket system. Do not send payment passwords or account passwords in a ticket. Refund progress, information required for verification, and payment provider processing are subject to the actual communications; no unconfirmed payment arrival timeframe is promised in these terms.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If a user violates these terms through unlawful use, reselling or publicly sharing a subscription, attacking service systems, or other prohibited conduct, VPNBZ may restrict access, suspend service, or terminate the account depending on the nature of the conduct. Access may also be suspended to investigate account security risks. Users may explain the circumstances and raise an objection through a support ticket.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised content and the month of the latest update. Changes that materially affect subscription benefits will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights associated with existing orders. Review updates before continuing to use the service.
